Acceptance of Agreement

By signing up or continuing to use AddQart:

• You affirm that you are 18 years or older and have the authority to bind the entity you represent.
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any Supplemental Terms applicable to specific services.
• If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Account Registration

To access AddQart, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activities under your account, whether authorized or not.

Use of Services

You agree to use AddQart only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable international trade and data regulations.

You shall not:

• Host, sell, or distribute illegal or prohibited goods.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the AddQart platform without express permission.

Data Protection & Privacy

AddQart is committed to the highest standards of data privacy and security.

• All data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Merchants retain full ownership of their content, products, and customer data.
• AddQart processes data solely to provide platform services and support.

Payments & Fees

AddQart may charge subscription or transaction-based fees, displayed transparently in your account.

• All fees are billed in your selected currency and subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment gateway partners may apply their own transaction fees.
• Non-payment of dues may result in account suspension or service limitations.

Intellectual Property

• The AddQart brand, logo, and software are the intellectual property of PowerWeb Technologies LLC.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload, including products, images, designs, and text.
• By hosting content on AddQart, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate your store.

Service Availability & Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime and globally distributed hosting to ensure reliability. While we take every measure to maintain continuous service, AddQart shall not be liable for interruptions caused by:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, internet outages).
• External platform failures or gateway outages.
• Merchant-side technical issues.

Third-Party Services

AddQart integrates with third-party tools to enhance functionality. By enabling such integrations, you authorize AddQart to share relevant data with those providers under strict confidentiality. AddQart is not responsible for third-party actions or failures.

Termination & Suspension

AddQart reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable accounts that:

• Breach these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Endanger platform security or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AddQart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PowerWeb Technologies LLC, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

International Compliance

AddQart operates globally in compliance with international trade, export control, and sanctions regulations. You may not use our services if you are located in a sanctioned country.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect updates in technology, regulations, or services. Changes will be communicated via email or the dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute shall first be attempted through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to arbitration under Qatari law.
